“The walk to your carts was unacceptable. the advertisement indicated to get to the carts was a short walk. Instead you had to leave the port grounds to even find the carts. Being handicapped and walking with braces on both legs this was totally unacceptable. The lady in charge of the rentals telephoned her superior and was told that I would be receiving a refund for my rental. I am expecting to receive a credit on my charge card immediately. you need to fully explain all the problems in the rental process.”
